Who Qualifies for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
• You purchased directly through our official checkout at modernrelationshipcode.com via Lemon Squeezy
• You provide the email address used at purchase so we can locate your order

There are no additional requirements. You do not need to explain why you want a refund. You do not need to return anything — all products are digital and access will be removed upon refund completion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at ldcavalcanti.mrc@gmail.com with the following:

• Subject line: Refund Request
• The email address used at checkout
• The name of the product(s) purchased
• Your order number (if available — found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)

We process all refund requests within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What This Policy Covers

This refund policy applies to all individual volumes ($9 each) and the complete collection ($49) sold through Modern Relationship Code. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are involved.

If you purchased the complete collection and request a refund, the refund will be applied to the full collection purchase price. Individual volumes within a bundle are not refunded separately after the 14-day window has passed.

Requests After 14 Days

We are unable to process refunds for requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the original purchase date. If you are experiencing a technical issue accessing your content, please contact us regardless of timing — we will always do our best to help you access what you paid for.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at ldcavalcanti.mrc@gmail.com. These cases are handled individually and are not subject to the 14-day window.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

If you completed your purchase but did not receive access to your digital product, this is almost always a delivery issue — not a reason to request a refund. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Lemon Squeezy first.

If you still cannot locate your download, email us at ldcavalcanti.mrc@gmail.com with your purchase email address and we will resolve the delivery within 24 hours at no charge.
